Disable iteration on the OnDiskQueue. ( #2925 )
...
Currently calling print on the OnDiskQueue via a logger empties it. This PR disables the iterator method for now.
Disable since implementing iteration for a disk-backed queue is non-trivial. Although disabling does not fix things, it avoids the footgun for now.
