9f6b8ccb25 Add missing downloads for SDK 2.0.0-preview (#4774) 
There were entries for win/x86 and win/x64 named like non-installer packages,
but they pointed to the executable installers.
This corrects their name, and adds the correct links to the non-installer packages.

3036e48b8a Fix incorrect checksums 
- Align values with those previously published in https://dotnetcli.blob.core.windows.net/dotnet/checksums/2.1.202-sdk-sha.txt
- dotnet-sdk-osx-x64.pkg is not listed in above file, so checksum was recalculated manually

Resolves #3250

Ubuntu 17.10 (Artful Aardvark) reaches End of Life on July 19 2018
Ubuntu announced its 17.10 (Artful Aardvark) release almost 9 months
ago, on October 19, 2017.  As a non-LTS release, 17.10 has a 9-month
support cycle and, as such, the support period is now nearing its
end and Ubuntu 17.10 will reach end of life on Thursday, July 19th.

At that time, Ubuntu Security Notices will no longer include
information or updated packages for Ubuntu 17.10.
