Omair Majid 0f9b92c251 Use export PATH=$PATH:$HOME/dotnet consistently ...

The old variant, export PATH=$HOME/dotnet would remove the existing
entries (like /bin) from PATH. Lets not do that. Lets always append to
PATH.
