The link to `/about-upgrades-to-new-releases` page was originally introduced at c2336bb11e, just before the link for ` /system-overview`.
After that, somehow the duplication was introduced at 2db9da5c8f.
Since the first appearance came later, this commit deletes the first appearance of the duplication.
