Fix user.signingkey example
...
Since the value of user.signingkey is passed unchanged to gpg's
--local-user parameter, the fingerprint needs to be suffixed with an
exclamation mark (!).
If a fingerprint is specified without an exclamation mark, it is simply
ignored.
