Git Credential Manager is a secure, cross-platform credential helper that
provides a user-friendly alternative to PATs and SSH keys. Updating the
docs to increase user awareness of this option.
This updates the audit log documentation to include the `download_zip`
action under the `repo` category which is currently missing.
This is triggered when a user clicks the "Download ZIP" link in the
repo UI or uses the "Download a repository archive" APIs (which
support both ZIP and TAR archives).
Someone has [asked][1] about this on the Community Forum recently. I
suspect this is related to the recent Heroku incident which drove people
towards the audit log. As has been [noted][2] in Slack, the Heroku
GitHub integration does like to frequently download ZIPs.

The hyperlink pointing to the Debian project's page for
the ca-certificates package is outdated and, when clicked,
results in an Error page from the target website.
That's because the URL references the now EOL'd "jessie"
release (support for the LTS version ended on 2020-06-30),
and information for packages targeting that version is no
longer available from packages.debian.org.
In addition, the URL includes an ISO 639-1 language code
("hu") that would result in localised descriptions for the
requested package and its related packages in Hungarian.
This is most likely a typo, as that particular language is
not offered as an option while browsing GitHub's Docs.
This commit removes the language code and sets the release
name to "bullseye" (the current stable Debian release).
