Shawn Hoffman 5c805163bf replace per-platform DIR_SEP and DIR_SEP_CHR with "/" and '/', cleanup some wii fs things, made CWII_IPC_HLE_Device_fs::ExecuteCommand DELETE_FILE also delete the device if it's a dir.
