Ma-Rang 7ef7b6e3e9 NoGUI: Add Escape key to close emulation on Windows 
PlatformX11 already handles XK_Escape to trigger RequestShutdown().
Add the equivalent WM_KEYDOWN / VK_ESCAPE handler to PlatformWin32
for parity.
