OatmealDome e9a11cdbfd WiimoteReal: Remove WiimoteScannerDarwin ...

For several reasons:
- It pegs the CPU at 95% for scanning even when Dolphin is idle
- WiimoteScannerHidapi works fine on macOS
- Less macOS code to maintain
