Taras Bobrovytsky 1083639ff2 IMPALA-4585: Allow the $DATABASE template in the CATCH section

In a recent change (IMPALA-4363) we introduced a change where all file
paths in .test files should be replaced with '__HDFS_FILENAME__'. This
caused problems for tests on non-HDFS file systems and we also lost some
test coverage. This patch fixes the problem by allowing the $DATABASE
template in the catch section of the .test file.

This directory contains Impala test workloads. The directory layout for the workloads should follow:

   <data set name>/<data set name>_dimensions.csv  <- The test dimension file
   <data set name>/<data set name>_core.csv  <- A test vector file
   <data set name>/<data set name>_pairwise.csv
   <data set name>/<data set name>_exhaustive.csv
   <data set name>/queries/<query test>.test <- The queries for this workload
