Remove a hack in impala-shell that suppressed any error messages that included the string "Cancelled". This originally was necessary since user-initiated cancellation messages were propagated back to the client, but is no longer necessary. Certain errors that occur asynchronously were suppressed, because the error is propagated by cancelling the query. Confirmed that no error messages are printed for manually cancelled queries, and that error messages that were previously suppressed (from my IMPALA-2298 patch) now show in the shell.
