The bug was that we were not properly cloning the params of a FunctionCallExpr. In a CTAS we analyze the underlying query stmt twice, the first time on a clone of the original stmt. The problem was that the first analysis affected the second analysis due to an improper clone, leading to missing slots in a scan because the corresponding SlotRefs were already analyzed.
