Impala Frontend has plenty of dependency, along with multitudes of dependency exclusion/inclusion rules in it. This patch adds maven dependency tree log to logs/mvn/mvn.log when invoking "make java" command. Testing: Manually run "make java" from $IMPALA_HOME and verify that the dependency trees are logged to logs/mvn/mvn.log.
