Alex Behm 80f85179f9 IMPALA-3126: Conservative assignment of inner-join On-clause predicates.

Implements the following conservative but correct policy for assigning
predicates from the On-clause of an inner join:
If the predicate references an outer-joined tuple, then evaluate it at
the inner join that the On-clause belongs to.

Cleans up Analyzer.canEvalPredicate().

This directory contains Impala test workloads. The directory layout for the workloads should follow:

workloads/
   <data set name>/<data set name>_dimensions.csv  <- The test dimension file
   <data set name>/<data set name>_core.csv  <- A test vector file
   <data set name>/<data set name>_pairwise.csv
   <data set name>/<data set name>_exhaustive.csv
   <data set name>/queries/<query test>.test <- The queries for this workload
