Taras Bobrovytsky d1b92c8b52 IMPALA-6183: Fix Decimal to Double conversion

When converting a decimal to a double, we incorrectly used the powf()
function in the backend, which returns a float instead of a double.
This caused us to lose precision.

We fix the problem by replacing the powf() function with a pow()
function, which returns a double.

Testing:
- Added an EE test.

This directory contains Impala test workloads. The directory layout for the workloads should follow:

workloads/
   <data set name>/<data set name>_dimensions.csv  <- The test dimension file
   <data set name>/<data set name>_core.csv  <- A test vector file
   <data set name>/<data set name>_pairwise.csv
   <data set name>/<data set name>_exhaustive.csv
   <data set name>/queries/<query test>.test <- The queries for this workload
