ishaan 21d24f5295 Infrastructure changes to enable the hive version change from 0.13.1 to 1.1.0 ...

Specifically:
  - Hive needs some jars from hadoop/tools/lib
  - Hive has an dependency on apache.snapshots ( added in fe/pom.xml )
  - Beeline has to explicitly told not to use jline.
