Jinchul 6041865031 IMPALA-3651: Adds murmur_hash() built-in function ...

murmur_hash relys on HashUtil::MurmurHash2_64 which MurmurHash2 64-bit
version.

Testing:
Add unit tests for primitive types: ExprTest.MurmurHashFunction
Add E2E tests into exprs.test
