Lenni Kuff c4879340e8 IMPALA-781: Block Impala from reading RC file tables created using the LazyBinaryColumnarSerDe 
With Hive .12, the default RC file format can be configured to be ColumnarSerDe or
LazyBinaryColumnarSerDe. Impala does not yet support the LazyBinaryColumnarSerDe. This change
verifies it is properly disabled.
