This changes updates the run-benchmark script to better share code between ImpalaD query execution and Hive query execution.
It also makes ImpalaD support a first-class citizen by adding a flag for specifying the target ImpalaD instance. Additionally,
it fixes the --prime_cache flag to actually work.
