Changes include: * Fix compile errors due to new column stats API and other stats related fixes. * Temporarily disable JDBC tests due to new serialization format in Hive .13 * Disable view compatibility tests until we can get them to work in Hive .13 * Test fixes due to Hive's type checking for partition column values Change-Id: I05cc6a95976e0e037be79d91bc330a06d2fdc46c
