1bb79696c6 vendor: update to latest github.com/zclconf/go-cty 
This includes a bugfix to the cty/msgpack package to ensure correct
decoding of unknown and null values.

This also includes updates to cty's dependencies.

b1247bf7af govendor fetch github.com/zclconf/go-cty/cty/... 
The existing cty packages were already at the latest version, but we were
not yet vendoring the msgpack package.

This also imports some dependencies from:
    github.com/vmihailenco/msgpack
