Martin Atkins 50c49e39a7 plans: Mode.UIName ...

This produces another string representation of Mode that is more
appropriate for user-facing situations, whereas the String method describes
the plan mode in terms of the Go symbols that are just an implementation
detail that should not appear anywhere in our UI.
