aecd4beed0 TDI-27242 JUnit test SvnCheckoutHelperTest.testProcessItemsCache() fails due to SimpleCache is removing latest put entry when max cache size is reached 
=> fixed by using a TreeSet instead of ArrayList to order entries by addedTime and remove automatically if same key

0c71648a51 TDI-25813 Statistic port is not released well, which cause warning message 
=> new strategy used: keep opened the socket which will prevent surely conccurent issues about use already used port, instead of get a free port THEN open the socket with it a bit later (not safe)
=> consequently useless code removed about concurrent issues

All expectations are:
- clean of archives with pattern       "{scheduler.conf.archivesJobsRootPath} / task_\d+ / \d+_task_\d+\.zip" 
- clean of directories with pattern "{scheduler.conf.archivesJobsRootPath} / task_\d+ / \d+_task_\d+" 
- clean of directories with pattern "{scheduler.conf.archivesJobsRootPath} / task_\d+ / \d+_task_\d+_logs" 
- clean of files with pattern                "{scheduler.conf.archivesJobsRootPath} / task_\d+ / \d+_task_\d+_logs / **files**" 
- clean of files with pattern                  "{scheduler.conf.jobExecutionLogs.rootPath} / task_\d+ / \d+_task_\d+ / **files**" 

- issue fixed when all directories of a same level directory do not match all the pattern, it counted all as reference instead of counting only the matching directories

3b65facf63 merge r97768 from branch 5.2 to trunk 
- add boolean loadRemoteData to avoid the timeout of unreachable JobServer
- enable jobExecutionState.setExitCode(...)
- Integration test for TDI-24337 Execution plan in not firing the child job with onOK node 
- allow to specify an archive job for a given task
- allow to specify a particular quartz.properties file for cluster node
- all Integrations tests are successful with Oracle
