sizhaoliu 22d9854496 TDQ-6617 TDQ-6817 Merge org.talend.commons into org.talend.core.runtime (Step 1)

- re-exported org.talend.commons by org.talend.core.runtime
- changed org.talend.commons to org.talend.commons.runtime if possible for caller plug-ins
- removed org.talend.commons dependency if org.talend.core.runtime is present in caller plug-ins
- removed some other unused dependencies
- change a depreciated method call in Unzipper class so that the org.talend.commons dependency can be replaced by org.talend.utils
