Daniel Gibson 89bb0a54a8 Implement an IAudioDecoder that uses libacm 
removed libacm.cpp, it's now in adecode.cpp, I think that's less
confusing now that the actual upstream libacm code is also in libacm/

This fixes the crash reported in #83
