4eed900663 Update / shrink flag of Chad. Use Pantone colors as specified in "L'Album" and later used in the protocol manual for the London 2012 Olympics. 
Is it defined in legislation? No. Is it more accurate than what children on Wiki guessed it was? At least more commonly used, yes.
