Adam Tamas 7295edcc26 IMPALA-9680: Fixed compressed inserts failing ...

Modified the insert testfiles to get which database they need to
use for 'CREATE TABLE LIKE' dynamically.

Tests:
Did targeted exhaustive testruns in test_insert.py and
test_mt_dop.py and did a full exhaustive testrun.
