Matthew Jacobs 77a2941a42 IMPALA-3713,IMPALA-4439: Fix Kudu DML shell reporting ...

Adds support in the shell to report the number of modified
rows for all DML operations, as well as the number of rows
with errors.

Testing: Added shell tests.
