kaidaguerre 33f4f80565 Workspace file watching events sometime cause dashboard to stall and stop responding to events. Cancelling dashboards (e.g. by pressing 'back' on the browser) sometimes leave the server in a state where it will not respond to socket events. Closes #3007 . Closes #3008
